Zanzibar Green Culture Organisation (ZAGCO) is a youth-led initiative aimed at supporting young college graduates in agriculture by equipping them with practical skills, entrepreneurial training, and access to resources. Established to address challenges faced by agricultural graduates, ZAGCO focuses on skill development, employment creation, and sustainable agricultural practices in Zanzibar.
